LifeReady tip: You do not need to master everything at once. Use this page as a starting point and adapt it to your situation.

Money

Check your bank balance and recent transactions. Look for upcoming bills, unusual charges, and anything that needs to be moved into savings.

Calendar

Look at the next seven to fourteen days. Confirm work shifts, classes, appointments, birthdays, deadlines, transportation needs, and anything that requires preparation.

Food

Check what is already in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. Plan a few meals and make a short grocery list before shopping.

Laundry and clothing

Do the laundry you need for the coming week and make sure anything required for work, school, an interview, or an event is ready.

Home

Take out trash, clean the kitchen and bathroom basics, reset clutter, and handle one small task you have been avoiding.

Paperwork and messages

Open important mail, respond to necessary messages, file or photograph documents you need to keep, and follow up on anything waiting for an answer.

One future-you favor

Do one thing that will make next week easier: refill a prescription, schedule an appointment, prepare lunches, charge devices, put gas in the car, or organize your bag.

Helpful tools

This is where LifeReady can later add a small number of genuinely useful product or service recommendations—for example, a basic household starter item, planner, budget tool, or interview folder.
